🎓 PREORDER INFORMATION & ACCEPTANCE GUARANTEE
This is a preorder item.
Our College Reveal Collection is available for preorder so your gift can be prepared in advance of the University of Tennessee's December Early Action decisions.
UT is expected to release Early Action decisions in early December for Tennessee residents and mid-December for out-of-state applicants. Exact announcement dates have not yet been confirmed.
🧡 Our 48-Hour Acceptance Guarantee
We know college admissions can be unpredictable, and we want you to shop with confidence!
Once UT releases its Early Action decisions, customers must contact House & Hill within 48 hours to confirm acceptance, request a refund, or notify us that their student is still awaiting a decision.
Tennessee Residents: Your 48-hour confirmation window begins when UT officially releases its in-state Early Action decisions.
Out-of-State Residents: Your 48-hour confirmation window begins when UT officially releases its out-of-state Early Action decisions.
ACCEPTED? Congratulations! Notify us within 48 hours so we can release your gift for shipment.
DENIED OR DEFERRED? Simply contact us within the applicable 48-hour window to request a full refund.
STILL WAITING? Let us know within your 48-hour window, and we'll continue holding your order until a decision is received.
Orders will remain on hold until acceptance is confirmed or shipment is otherwise authorized.
Orders without a response within the applicable 48-hour window may experience shipping delays and will no longer qualify for our Acceptance Guarantee.
🎄 CHRISTMAS SHIPPING
We're preparing College Reveal preorders in advance so we can begin shipping promptly following UT's Early Action announcements!
Tennessee Residents: Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail following acceptance confirmation.
Out-of-State Residents: Orders will ship via UPS expedited shipping following acceptance confirmation. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed at checkout.
Our goal is to have your gift arrive in time for Christmas! While we'll make every effort to ship promptly, delivery by December 25 cannot be guaranteed due to university announcement dates, customer confirmation timing, and carrier transit times.
Please Note: Preorder timelines and shipping arrangements are subject to adjustment once the University of Tennessee confirms its official Early Action decision release dates for the Class of 2031. Any changes will be communicated to affected customers.
